I'm feeling much, much better this week thanks to loads of water and vitamins!!! My need for cooking is back and this week I've chosen to show you one of our household's favorite recipes : grilled cauliflower. It'll take you 5 easy minutes to prepare and another 25 in the oven. It doesn't get much easier than this and the result is very tasty and extremely popular with the kids (must be the sugar!). I make this almost once a week, usually with grilled chicken or fish. If you dare try it out, I bet you'll make it again and again and that you'll thank me later. Or no, your kids will thank me! ;-)
Grilled Cauliflower
Level : ADULT
INGREDIENTS
1 large cauliflower head cut in small pieces
6 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sweet Paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven at 450˚F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
In a small bowl mix all the ingredients together. Spread over the cauliflower pieces and coat all over. Put in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
